RINSE QUALITY WATER

There are several ways to build a wash with no sewer or septic system. CATEC will help you determine which is best suited for you and your facility. We can't promise that any site can be built, but we sure can open the doors to many that normally couldn't.

The CWR-Rinse System produces Rinse Quality Water. This means there is no introduction of new water for washing thus there is no excess water to deal with.  The "stage two" Rinse system is used in conjunction with a "stage one" reclaim system to offer both wash and rinse water.

The Dilemma:

Because typical (stage one) reclaim water still contains some soaps and surfactants, it is not suitable for rinsing a vehicle. Fresh water must be introduced for final rinse and R.O. (spot free) feed water.  The amount of new water brought in to rinse a vehicle is typically more than what is lost in carry off and evaporation. This excess water has to be disposed of by means of sanitary sewer, septic drain field, pump and haul or some other means of getting rid of excess water. Obviously, this can limit where a new wash can be built.

The Solution:

The CATEC CWR-Rinse System produces "Rinse Quality Water" from reclaim water. In doing so, no new water is introduced to the wash process. This allows for true Zero-Discharge and works great where no sewer or other means of getting rid of wastewater is available.

The CWR-Rinse System allows  washes to be built where they normally could not be built because of wastewater restrictions or sewer availability. The Rinse System is cutting edge technology in the vehicle wash industry. No other reclaim competitor is able to produce rinse quality water from reclaim water.
